The Shipping process was a mess

Design process was great - Shipping was a mess. The Poles shipped separately from the fabric. The poles arrived with no issue. The fabric shipped separately. UPS Stated the fabric was lost in transit and to reach out to the sending company. I did so and two days later the shipment was received. I would recommend Fedex over UPS
